Greetings And Salutations From Virginia, I'm new to the forums and cycling in general, I just bought my first bike, a 2011 (I think) Trek 1.5, in February and got into it in the hopes of getting some exercise and dropping some weight I was also kind of influenced by how fun/cool an anime, Yowamushi Pedal, made cycling look.
I've already set a long term goal for myself other than the primary goals of weight loss and increasing fitness level, which is to ride the complete Virginia Capital Trail, a roughly 52 mile multipurpose trail from the Williamsburg/Jamestown area to Richmond.
