Here we go...

Hey, all. Signing in from Olean, NY, home of the KA-BAR Marine Corps knife and those fancy penny-cutting scissors college kids sell to their families from Cutco. Zippo lighters are from 20 minutes away one way, and the army's bayonets and machetes are made 20 minutes the other way.

I joined in 2015 so I could dig up info for my then-short distance winter commuter Diamondback Edgewood (rust killed my bottom bracket cassette), which I still have and enjoy a lot. No longer commute by bike, but still like to ride. Over the weekend, however, my fiance gave me a 1954 Raleigh Sports, which I'm standing back and wondering where to start on. Also picked up a 70s US-made Sears three-speed for the fiance to ride the small city trails on.

Figured I'd say hi. So... Hi!

Thanks, all. I'll be hanging around in the C&V for now, trying to get my Sports back on the road.

See ya later,
