I'm a newbie on this site! I recently came to NZ from England. I have done a lot of cycling but for no purpose other than the fun of it

Bjarni, you need to stop falling off first asif I can talk... falling off my road bike the other day but i suppose not falling off is part of building skills *s******s*
You should set yourself a goal..... like of riding up your road without getting off :O now that sucker is STEEP!

i my case...I think the falling off may be more due to over-enthusiasm...or the odd tree/sick hedgehog which appears in my line of vision at the last second..
such a goal as riding up my road is a LONG term one
