Hello from Aus
Hi
I'm 41, and live on the South Coast of NSW Australia. I have been riding my Gitane T2 MTB each day to work for over 15 months now - up to around 5000km now. Also, try to get a ride on the weekends if I can.
I really have the cycling bug now. Have moved to clipless pedals and now have a reasonable collection of gear - Ground Effects out of NZ.
Now I'm after a road bike to go with the mountain bike for both commuting and longer weekend rides. I've never riden a modern road bike but I'm told I will be amazed at the difference. Thought I would go for the flat bar fitness style, but after reading the forums I am starting to think the conventional drops are the way to go.
Look forward to getting some tips from those in the know.
