Hi all.....just posted my first question yesterday, and want to thank all those who responded. I'm an early 30's guy in Niagara Ontario who took up mountain biking late last summer as an alternative to running. What can I say, I'm totally hooked. I started out with rides around the neighbourhood, now I'm up to about 150km per week. only 25% on difficult trails so far, but I'm getting there. I'm sure over the course of the summer I'll be asking a lot of real "novice" questions, but I really appreciate having a place to ask them!! Thanks again.
