Hello to all!!
Hi I am a new member to forums. ROADIE with 20 years experience. Rode 150-200 miles weekly until 05/20/05 when I had a mild heart attack and 6 way bypass surgery. I found this forum through Dogpile by typing in "bicycling after bypass surgery". I am looking forward to getting back out on the road. I have been riding rollers with a front wheel stabilizer for up to an hour each time along with a lot of walking.
I would appreciate any advise on training to get fitness level back.
Thanks
Ralph

Welcome to BikeForums.
A great read for "mature" cyclists is Cycling Past 50. Full of great information.
