hello all...
I'm newbie as well...both to this community and biking. I used to jog, but now am merging into the fast lane. I discovered how much more fun it is to mountain bike. Running has its joys of course, but I've bad knees...and how cool is that to discover an exciting workout. =D Aside from the cardio benefits and strong legs, can anyone tell me what other benefits I will reap from mountain biking?
