Old New Learner
Hi I am a 51 years young female. When I was younger as a child never owned a bike. Now today I have a new MTB Titan. I am 5ft tall and my bike is 26". I live down under and decided to buy a bike to move some middle age spread. I am new as in I rode for 5 mins today in my backyard where I would not be seen falling off. I did not fall off. Horray! I have Gears and 7 speed what ever that means thats about it for green me.

Welcome and congratulations on not falling.
There are lots of "over 40/50/60" folks here to offer advice and encouragement.
Soon you'll be riding a LOT more than 5 minutes.

Hello and welcome! I am Marnie from Nevada. I'm 31, but also one of the reasons I bought a bike (Specialized Rockhopper), was to dump some weight and get in shape. I hope you continue to ride and enjoy it. I have been. I've had this bike a whole week and a half. LOL !
