Greetings from Toronto!
Hi,
I'm a new member from Toronto, and I'm planning on upgrading from my old 'hardware store special' to a bike with a little more panache. Expect to see me commuting to and from the lab in the coming days.

Welcome, and have fun.
Toronto is pretty bike friendly compared to some places south of the border, although we've got a long way to go to come close to cities in Europe where bikes have their own stop lights, their own lanes (separated from the madding traffic) and good safe places to park.
Shame about the winters though.
