Ive been restoring old bikes for many years including shaft drives and BSA 1911 and 1935 and 1950s and other 1930s bikes. These restorations are from ground up and i build my own wheels.

I have an ealy 1900s mans frame 23 x26 with Chater Lea cranks marked chater Lea London and head set parts marked Chater Lea. i would like to know the first year of manufacture and when they moved there factory from London to Letchworth, Hertfordshire?

Hi,
I've a 1958 Ariel 500cc single VH Red Hunter and a un-registered LE Velocette.
I've also a couple of bicycles
