Hello from sunny South Florida

Hello to all: I can't ride for the next few days as we wait for Wilma to make her appearance. It's anything but sunny right now. It seems only right that I should formally introduce myself as I seem to scroll through the Bike Forums so often. My road ride is a Univega Modo Volare with a Campy Daytona setup. I also have an older (late 80's early 90's) Centurion set up with Shimano 600. To ride with the kids I have a Huffy off road bike that I'm interested in working up slightly. Finally I just purchased off of ebay a Raleigh Technium Skylite that I intend on using as my touring bike. See ya

Ack!!! Run for the hills Wilma's coming. Opps...we don't have any hills in FL. I squeezed in a bike ride this morning before the expected rain comes. Hopefully, this hurricane will pass quickly once it gets going.
Anyways...welcome fellow Floridian.

Ditto's from Bradenton. I am going to ride tomorrow even if the "Wilmanator" heads this way. I just got through working 15 days in a row and I am not going to let some biatch hurricane ruin my day off! I will head to the Withlacoocthe Trail and ride in a northerly direction.

Last night up here in Jax, we got a band of heavy showers. 4 inches in 30 minutes. I am waiting for this cold front to pass.
