Hello from Olympia, WA, US
Hello everyone,
I've been 'lurking' around these here forums since the start of September and thought I'd finally come out of the woodwork.
I would just like to say that these forums are _very_ motivational! After reading the commuter threads for a grand total of two days, I decided to give it a whirl and I'm now commuting everyday (despite the rain) approx. 11 miles per day. It's thrilling (and addictive)!
Thanks for getting me out of my car,
Nicholas

I also joined after lurking around the site.
So, welcome aboard!

Nice to see both of you participating now. I look forward to seeing your input.
This forum is a great place to gain motivation, answer questions, participate in heated debates, or just sit back and be entertained and educated about cycling.
Glad to have more cyclists on the street!
