Hi from Santa Barbara
Hi All,
I am in Santa Barbara and found out about this forum only yesterday. Till now, I have been biking only to school on my bike (Kona Dew '05). However, I wanted to find out how can I train myself for longer distances? Is just increasing biking distance regularly enough or are there other things I need to keep in mind? Any tips from the people out here are welcome .

Welcome, Anu. You should check out the threads in the Training and Fitness fourm. Beware... there may be more information there than you'll want!
