Hello from Tallahassee, Florida
Hello all.
I am just starting cycling. Well, just starting seriously. I have a mountain and road bike, but have only used them occasionally, until now. I have been a runner, but due to back surgury my doc wants me to drop to running 15 miles/week. Soo, time for a change. Any suggestions on how I should break into serious riding.
