Greetings From the Sweet Fat Guy - deaconbam
After 30 years, I have taken up the bike again to lose weight and get my diabetes under control. My first attempt at biking to work resulted in an all-day trip. I was supposed to be in Bethesda, MD, but ended up at the Key Bridge in Georgetown. I was more succesful today, however, I only got lost on the block my building is on. If you have any advice for diabetics, please share it with me. I would welcome the help.
Regards,
