Just want to say hello. I started biking a month ago on a super tiny trek MTB. Since my daily commute is about 10-15 miles I invested in a nice used specialized allez. Its sweet! I bike everyday and more on my days off. Since I've started biking I've lost 30 pounds in 2 months and I feel great. You have all been very helpful. Any tips for a new rider are appreciated.
