    Hello! Nice Site!

Greetings, everyone. I'm pleased to see some familiar names from the Bicycling.com forums... Hi RidderMark and Juciluci! I live in Spokane, WA and just started biking again last spring after a loooong layoff. My ride is a Gary Fisher Utopia and I've had a blast this year rediscovering cycling. As my skills and courage are improving, I'm looking around for a used road bike for those days when I just NEED to go a little faster. Have to wait for my bonus check in March and need to convince my better half exactly why I need another bike....if you have any convincing arguments, please send them my way...I'm also trying to convince her to get a bike of her own this year so we can enjoy the road together. We'll see how it goes....

Greeting slotibartfast, from the wet, er um west side of the moutains (Mount Vernon).
    Cool avatar you got there.
Tell the 'ol lady how much fun you can have riding together, make your pitch in terms of what's in it for her while keeping true to your purposes.
    Good luck and happy riding!

    hiya!..
maybe check out your local lbs sometimes ppl take back their bikes in the winter.. when they realize they really didn't want a bike.. they are a lot cheaper, &hardly used . or if you don't see one around the price you want.. wait til the garage sales start.. you will be surprised what you can find.
    good to see you here.
