Hey guys I am 17 years old, and just got into biking. Well lets say i have yet to ride. I am in the process of buying my first bike. I dont know what to buy. I am a size 58cm and want to spend somewhere close to 700 dollars and less. I ahve been looking at used treks and some new treks. My uncle who is a avid rider said a trk would be a good beginner price because of the bang for your buck. Is there any viladity in that statement? I will be doing my roadbiking in hill-less florida. Any suggestions on what do buy.

Evan

Welcome my man. If your looking into a road bike, I'd suggest going over to the road sub-forum and start a topic asking for help. I'm sure the members over there would gladly help you out.
