Hello from CNY!

I have just become serious about riding since being diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. I see lots of great info and people on this site.

Welcome Willis! Whereabouts are you located in Central NY and what kind of riding do you do?

I live near Oneonta. I mostly ride paved secondary roads. My favorite route is fairly hilly and about 8.5 miles. I try to do this ride 5 times per week. I go longer on the weekends when I have more time.

Welcome to the boards. How long ago were you Dx'd as as T2? I was diagnosed back in 2000.
Bicycling is great exercise for us!

The first week of August. I am pretty much under control now. Keeping it under 140.
