Cleveland area rider
Hello BikeForums-
Just signed up - I ride mostly older road bikes - I have 3 Austro Daimlers(SLE main rider, Vent noir, and Ultima), a Lambert Aerospace(another main rider), and a 1981 Beacon Mountain Bike(I bought it new).
Lately, my girlfriend and I have been really into Tandems, after borrowing a friends for a few rides. We bought a late 80's Schwinn Duosport (Paramount Design Group) road tandem that is in perfect condition - and put about 100 miles a week on it. It is a really fantastic bike - we both love it. A couple weeks ago, I purchased a Caddie Up cheapo mountain tandem for us to use on some of the local towpaths that are not good for the road tandem. I am in process of changing out many of it's cheap parts for less cheap parts that I have laying around the house.
I also own a prewar Schwinn The World and Ladies Elgin that I would like to restore at some point.
That's it,
Tim

Sounds like you'd fit right in the Classic & Vintage and Mechanics forums. Welcome Tim!
