Welcome to the forums!

I am mainly a road biker but this summer, I went to Lutzen mountain, which has a downhill bicycle track. Basically, you take a ski lift and then ride down the moutain. Have you ever tried something like that?

I have to admit - it was a lot of fun. The person I went with is not a bicyclist so he was having a tough time handling a bike, expecially in the difficult terrain. We were going down a grass path in order to reach the ski life and he hit a bump so hard, he flipped over the handlebars and severly bent the front rim. Luckly, we got the rim trued up but we still laugh about he wrecked his bicycle before we even made it to the ski lift!
