New Guy Introduction

Hey all! I am a 53 year young guy that loves mountain biking. I also love riding my Harley Davidson Bikes.... I had some surgery a couple of years ago and now have some stainless steel components in my left tibia. I really have the fever to get back in to biking and look forward to hitting the trials of Central Texas again. See you on the forum.

Out fishing with Annie on his lap, a cigar in one hand and a ginger ale in the other, watching the sunset.

I have never joined a forum before.
I used to ride road alot in my earlier years, and decided to enjoy riding again, but have hit acouple of obstacles. I've had 2-wipeouts in the last 4-months. One on a mountain bike ride that ripped my left knee in Sept 06' and one yesterday on a road ride that scraped my left knee/elbow&hip. I am in search of good flexible practicle padding for my knees & elbows.
