Good Day to All

I recently started some fitness type road biking to lose some extra pounds that have crept up on me, I was simply using a NEXT comfort 7 speed bike, but very quickly that was not cutting it, so bought a GIANT FCR4, and I must say I am very happy with it, with the exception of getting the bike adjusted for a comfortable riding position. I have been averaging about 20 miles a day for the past couple weeks, and that seems to be a good place for me so far. I will have lots of questions upcoming I am sure, including ones related to clipless pedals and shoes....thank you for the forum to do that.

Hello 2mnkys,

Ask all the questions you want, we'll make more. Oh, sorry, that's an advertisement, isn't it?

Well, ask questions anyway, and you will get plenty of replies about clipless pedals!

Welcome to BF!
