    Greetings from Lancashire, England!

    Hi, I'm Jamie and I started cycling properly about 4/5 years ago. I suffered a major burn-out back in 2005 when I was riding a 150k endurance ride; it was the only time I'd experienced serious failure on a bike. As a result, I've been off the bike ever since, barring a short trip to Velodrome this summer.

    Lately I've been thinking about making a comeback, and to mark it off, I'm going to buy an old vintage frame and build it up myself! So I hope to see you all around and share some stories with you all!

    what happened? bonk? any ideas on what went wrong.
