Finally made it to the forum!
Hello my name is Heidi and my online name is Montelloslx. This is my favorite tubing of all time, my first real bike, my Pinarello Montello was built with this tubing, it rides like a dream and is relatively light weight for steel in today's day and age of high-tech materials.
I joined the forum for a couple of reasons, one being to link up with bikers and enthusiasts from all over and from different walks of life that love the bicycle and all aspects of life with the bicycle. The second being to find some components that I've been searching for and cannot seem to dig up even on Ebay.
One being, Suntour Blue Line (BL) components. My first racing machine was a handmedown Zebrakenko with CoMoly tubing and BL components. I'm a nastalgia nut sometimes. So if anyone reading this has any of this stuff, I'll take it.
I am also in the middle of restoring my Pinarello, all Pinarello fans unite, I'd love to hear from you, share photos and stories of your life with your vintage and newer Pinarello bike!
