Battery driven tricycles

I am "getting gone in the knees"; I'm past cycling up hill and am concermed about wobbling in traffic. I am still interested in getting out of doors and peddling and am thinking that a a battery driven trike could be my answer. Has anyone any experience or ideas to share. I am also bemused by the jargon involved the battery systems and would welcome thoughts about that.

Somewhere in here we've got a thread on ebikes. I wasn't able to find it via Google, however. You might look in the General Cycling forum.

Where are you located in England?

Welcome to BF!
