Hellloooooo!!!!
I am a newbie getting into biking to get back into shape and lose some weight (see my post in the clydesdale forum) I am from the St. Louis area with great access to the Katy Trail. I am looking at several bikes. Here is a copy of my other post, I could use any advice or opinions that can be offered.

I am looking into the following bikes after a pretty good amount of research and considering budgetary issues. What do you all think of the following bikes.
1. Trek Navigator 2.0 - LBS, new bike, manu. warranty + free tune ups as long as I own the bike.
2. K2 Big Easy Duece - REI, new bike, manu. warranty + 1 free tune up at 200 miles
3. Motobecane Jubilee Deluxe - Ebay, new bike, manu. warranty
I am good at narrowing things down but not so much with making final decisions. My budget is around 300.00 bucks and I am looking for bang for the buck.
Thanks in advance for the help,
Roger

Hello Roger, I would have thought the Motobecane was a bit over your budget, but it would look to be the best bike...you might want to see if you can find anyone in the Clydes to give you more of an opinion, though.

Thanks EH, check out this link for the Moto. The way it is equipped it seems to be a great deal. I just wish I could ride one locally.
