hey there...

Soon to be proud rider of a Specialized Tricross Comp - taking new-to-me used 2006 model to LBS tomorrow for them to put together, tuning, etc. Live in NE Hoosierana [aka Indiana], and will be trying to ride from 10-30 miles a week in the near future to get muscles/body in shape. Nice site, much helpful advice from what I've seen so far. Later.

Hello Shadowcaver, congratulations on the acquisition of the bike, and good luck with the fitness program, although you will probably find that you eventually get a lot more miles in than what you have planned!

Welcome to BF!

Thanks East Hill. Had thought would have some more miles under my tail by now, but due to work and weather haven't had chance to pick the bike up yet - will do such tomorrow. Weekend is forecasted to be mid 70's, sunny,,, looking forward to the next few days!
