Toatal Noob, Bike got Jacked. Want to get going again

Yo sup! Clayton representing Fairfield, Ct!

I was way into cycling with my cycling club at my highschool. in November untill in December my bike was stolen toatally lost intrest. I'm broke trying to sell my drums to get a decent road bike because the little riding I did I loved it.

I also need to make cash I'm 15 need a job and want to see if I can do anything at a local bike shop.

Any people around here I could meet up ride learn some things with? Still a noob.

Welcome Skabaconska.

Can you get a part-time job during the summer to help your new addiction??

Hi skabaconska, check in with the Northeast regional forum. If you're lucky, someone may be able to guide you to something.

Bummer about the stolen bike .

But welcome to BF!

My avatar's name is also Tama (as you probably know, it means 'cat' in Japanese). Have you checked in with the Northeast forum? There's some nice folks over there...

I just looked at it, I can't really do any meets or anything with members as I don't currently have my own bike. I use the cycling club teachers (my french teachers) bike, for cycling on tuesday and thursdays but I am particitipating in the Nyc ride on the 6th of May.
