Hi KV

Isn't Davis the city that has that really cool bike kitchen type place? Sorry but I don't remember the name of it...

Bike kitchens occur in many cities under that name or others--
SF has a bike kitchen, LA has one, NYC. . .
Berkeley has the Tinker's Workshop. . .
Davis actually has the Bike Church which is a volunteer run
place where you can get some basic stuff done or build
a bike--Sacramento has a Bike Kitchen. . .which you are probably
thinking of--it is well organized and has state non-profit status,
fed pending. https://sacbikekitchen.org/ I'm actually volunteering
for them this weekend, along with many other good folks.

Hello kaiju-velo, it looks as if you have found your way around the forum without difficulty, although you should stop in at the Northern California regional forum and say hello to the locals.

Welcome to BF!

Hello tourdeforce, nice to meet you. Why not post a new thread for yourself? I can ask more questions that way .
