Hi, I live in NC, USA. I've been reading these boards for a few months and decided to register. I have ridden the crap out of all types of cheap bikes. I have been without for over 5 years and will soon purchase one. It will probably be a mountain bike or some type of "go anywhere" bike.

As of today I am the proud owner of a Specialized, Hardrock Disc. I test rode a Trek 4500, Gary Marlin Wahoo, my HR and a Rockhopper. The small HR fit me like a glove (5'8" 155lbs.) I put 2 miles on it immediately after getting home from the shop. After not riding for a long time it kicked my butt, however I can't wait for tomorrows ride!
