new here and need help with ID

Well just trying to get back into bikeing and I figured to use my first real bike. So when it came time to get new parts I relized I have no idea what I have. Any help would be great. It might not be anything special and I am fine with that, I just want too get it road worthy again and want to know if I should get fancy parts or not. I got it in chrome with no badging or anything on the frame except number F9308210. I also have some pictures at this site if it will help. Thanks in advance.

Try posting this in the BMX forum. I'm not certain that you will find this comfortable to use as a road bike, though.
