Hello Shannon, good job on the weight loss and the determination to keep making it happen on a bike! Stop by the Clydesdales forum (some very helpful and friendly folks over there who know what it's like), and also check out the Southeast regional forum to see who else is in Alabama.

Welcome to BF!

Out fishing with Annie on his lap, a cigar in one hand and a ginger ale in the other, watching the sunset.

Hey Shannon! Welcome to BF!

As a Clyde, let me extend you an invite to visit us over in Clydesdales! I think you'll like it!

Great job on the weight loss, by the way!

Hello Shannon from a fellow Alabamian. Where 'bouts in these parts are ya? I'm in the Bham area and there are several BFer's around town.

And another welcome to BF. Wild and crazy kind of place. As I've heard other places- "Take what you need and leave the rest".
