Introducing Randy

Hello, my name is Randy. I am 33 years old and from Kentucky. I am a school teacher, boys' and girls' basketball coach, and track and field coach. I only started biking around 3 years ago on a mountain bike, but went to a road bike last summer. I started riding to help stay in shape. I play a lot of sports and lift weights quite often, but I felt like bike riding would be better than all those activities to stay in shape. During the summer, I usually ride around 30 miles per day. I really enjoy riding because I like the different perspective it gives me on the surroundings.

Out fishing with Annie on his lap, a cigar in one hand and a ginger ale in the other, watching the sunset.

Welcome to BF, Randy!

I know what you mean! Cycling and a good ride clear my head and often stimulate my creativity!

Hello Randy, it looks as if you are located in some great country for riding both MTB and road. From what I remember of the country, I hope you enjoy hills as much as I do!

Welcome to BF!
