New from Mid-Michigan

Just picked up a Giant OCR from the LBS, haven't had a bike since I was 13 or 14. Trying to slim down just a little bit, shooting for 10-20 miles a day during the first couple weeks. Feels great to be back on a bike!

Out fishing with Annie on his lap, a cigar in one hand and a ginger ale in the other, watching the sunset.

Welcome to Bike Forums, Rob!

Drop by Clydesdales, whether you are over 200 or not! We have a pretty supportive community going there for weight management.

Hello Rob, Tom beat me to the invite to the Clydesdales forum, but he's absolutely correct--the folks there are very helpful and encouraging .

Don't forget to check in with the regional forums to say hi to the rest of the Great Lakers out there.

Welcome to BF!
