Hello from VA by way of Colorado

Hi everyone. I'm John, visiting Colorado Springs for the summer, but really from Virginia. I am a roadie, and I ride a 2005 Greg Lemond Buenas Aires. I have chronic left knee pain which I'm trying to get under control, and I'm going to get my bike fit professionally at Pruitt's place in Boulder, CO in an effort to address that pain. I'm looking, specifically, for information on seat posts. What do you all like? What's the lightest, strongest, cheapest? Thanks. John

Hello John, won't address the seat post issue (not my expertise), but that's awesome that you've gone to Pruitt's to take care of your knee pain.

Good luck with the fitting.

Welcome to BF!
