I'm pretty new to the bike riding thing. I've tried different kinds of exercise and couldn't find anything that I enjoyed. I recently purchased my first bike since age 10 and I've been riding like crazy! My plan is to lose lots of inches and pounds this year. I didn't buy a hightech bike or an expensive one. I want to make sure I'll keep this up, when I prove to myself I can do this, I'll get a nice one.
