New road rider from SF Bay Area

I've been mountain biking for a few years and just recently got the bug for a road bike. After riding several, I decided on a Cervelo Soloist. My first ride was the Fairfax-Bolinas ride last Sunday, and I absolutely loved the feel of the bike. Compared to my mountain bike, which feels like a tank moving underwater on the road, this bike really moves. Tons of fun.

Anyway, it's an exciting new hobby for me. It's been a very long time since I've had a proper road bike.

Hello justonwo, I see you've already made the acquaintance of several forums around the board, but don't forget to stop in at the Northern California regional forum to say hello to your neighbours.

Welcome to BF!

Here are some pictures. The bike has since been outfitted with a Garmin bike computer - a very nice addition if you ask me.
