I've just started commuting to work by bicycle in Tokyo (about a week so far). I was totally fed up with feeling like I was in a herd of cattle on the trains, and I just decided one day to ride there. It is honestly the best decision I've made in years. I'm already sleeping better, feel a lot less stressed, discovering interesting places around the city and I'm even losing fat, just after a week!
I'm a bit of a novice really, as I've only ever cycled half a mile to the local station, so on I've got a few questions I'll be posting on the appropriate forums over the next few weeks and I"m looking forward to all your replies.
