I will ride just about anything that is steel
. Seriously, I love vintage bikes, and have quite a stable of them (12 I think at last count), ranging from a 1979 Nishiki Pro to a relatively modern 2000? full Campy Rodriguez. Been riding for at least the last ten years.
I'm just a recreational rider who is serious about keeping in shape, so I get out there everyday, commute, etc., but I don't really have any training suggestions for someone who's as serious as you are. That would be more a question for the Road Cycling forum.
You've got a sweet bike, though
TRY EMPATHY & HAVE LOVE IN YOUR HEART, PERHAPS I'LL SEE YOU ON THE ROAD...
