    Hola

I am new to the forum, so a big hi to all. I am looking for an inexpensive single speed bike (not fixed) that will perform well, move fast with ability to add front and rear brake. Suggestions? Cheers

Hello ianroll, perhaps a Bianchi San Jose? I don't know if you consider that inexpensive or not. I think it comes with front and rear brakes.

    Welcome to BF!

The single speed and fixed gear forum will be a good place to ask that question.
