T de F inspired

Howdy folks,

I've been browsing here a lot and decided I should register. I find I have lots of questions and might be able to get lots of answers here!

This summer I decided to get back in shape, and started running. Managed to sprain my foot, and even walking was out of the question.

This was about the time of the Tour, and I was watching every night. Made me decide to try to get into biking again (after a short stint 20 years ago).

Now I'm addicted, and am not happy if I don't get out every day. It has been a lot of fun so far. I've got a new Bianchi Volpe which turns out to be perfect for the riding I do.

One downside is the accessorizing seems to be even more addicting than it is for my motorcycle hobby. That bodes ill for the checkbook!

Anyway, thought I'd check in...

Hi Mattmeister,
Welcome and congrats on getting back on the bike. I too watched every stage of the tour and it was inspiring.
