Hello from Corvallis, OR

This place is great! Can't believe I never came here before. I currently ride my Trek 930 singletrack, but that is because I was cut off by a truck, hit it and bent the frame of my Nishiki Olympic fixie I have a new frame coming in the mail on Monday though, so I will be able to revive my fixie riding ways. See you around!

Oh, too bad about the Nishiki Olympic! I have an Olympic 12, which is a gorgeous red colour.

Was it bent so badly that it can't be straightened? I take it that you weren't injured?

Welcome to BF!

I was told that the Nishiki was probably unfixable and that even if I did get it bent back into shape it would have weak spots where the bends were. I loved the bike, but I have no desire to have the front end snap off when Im skidding, hehe! Hopefully, though, my new frame will arrive today (crossed fingers!)
