Introduction from Columbia SC

Hello All,

I recently bought a Rans Screamer and used this and other forums to learn which tandem bicycle would work best for my wife and I. We live in Columbia SC behind the VA hospital and ride the Screamer for an hour or so every other day. No Tour de France in our future but we do enjoy being close to each other, getting exercise, and visiting with the neighbors as we ride around.

I also have a Specialized Crossroads and a Peugeot PH10S. I bought the Peugeot at the Bike Smith's in New Orleans in the early 1980's. Does anyone know if that bike shop survived? Columbia has some nice bike shops but imho, limited ability to ride on public streets.

Hello bentX2, you could ask that question about the Bike Smith Shop in one of the regional forums, but I can't find it listed in the yellow pages.

Post some photos of the Peugeot in the Classic & Vintage forum...

Welcome to BF!
