Introduction

Hi all. I am a "mature-aged" cyclist who lives in Australia on the beautiful North Coast of NSW, just 20 kms South of Byron Bay.

I regularly ride my Felt F50 road bike with friends in and around this area. The area is diverse, with either lovely flat rides or stunning rides in the hills away from the coast. Every moment is seeing another beautiful angle to the passing scenery. Most weeks I achieve 250 kms in the area.

My other bikes include a Birdy Silver and a Giant MTB. Both these have done a lot of kms with me on top in scenic locations as the Great Ocean Road in Victoria as well as the Alpine country. All my bikes have done extensive trips on the East Coast and the Birdy in Western Australia in the Perth and South West.

My life revolves around cycling, doing part time massage therapy and my family. My interests are, obviously cycling, Rugby Union, Aviation and peoples company.

The next Challenge is to do some riding in Europe after having done a little in the Netherlands. France is a place I want to explore along with many other countries.

Look forward to meeting up with you on a bike somewhere.

Welcome to Bike Forums. Sounds like you have several Forums to check out. Road Cycling, Folding, Touring... the one place where I don't expect to see you much is Winter Cycling . Enjoy and contribute!
