New guy from the U.S. Air Force Academy

Hi, I'm new to these forums, I joined to hopefully find some information that I can't seem to find anywhere else. I have read the forums for a while but could never seem to get myself to join until today. I just joined the U.S. Air Force Academy cycling team as a road racer, and am having a blast so far. I'm a do-it-yourselfer, so I like to wrench on things for my bike and my team. I was really into motocross and cars before I discovered cycling, and realized that being light is a benefit in this sport rather than a hindrance like it is in motocross.

Hello hbutler, my sister and her husband both attended the USAF Academy (a while ago, I should point out). He was class valedictorian, don't remember what year though. She was a year behind him, and yes they met at the Academy . I know he was not on the cycling team!

Welcome to BF!
