New to Forum
Hi All,
My name is Tim and I am new to this forum. I have been riding off and on for many years. Presently I ride a Peugeot 12 speed road bike, and recently traded my mountain bike for a new Trek Navigator (better for the back etc). While I have never biked real seriously, my wife and I did take a 120 mile bike ride over two days several years ago. I also biked back and forth to school and work in the 70's. I am from Boston, Massachusetts, but I am lucky enough to have a house in Truro, on Cape Cod, where there are several great bike trails. I plan to retire at the end of "08 and have begun biking more frequently and more seriously. I look forward to being a member of the forum in order to exchange ideas and viewpoints, from the "older guy" perspective. |
Hello Tim, share some photos of the Peugeot in the Classic & Vintage forum if you've got any. We love Peugeots :) .
Cape Cod looked like a great place to ride when I visited there a few years ago, so you should enjoy your riding, no matter what bike you're on. Welcome to BF! East Hill |
thanks
Thanks East Hill, will post pictures when I get more familiar with the site. You are right, the cape is a great area to bike. You must enjoy biking in Washington as well. Never been, but I hear it is a beautiful state.

Washington State is a great place to ride, especially if you enjoy hills and mountains!
