Hi all from Melbourne Australia

Just started riding again after 20 odd years doing it to loose weight and get fit ( my fig jam is ) after 8 weeks lost 9 kilo ( was 100 kg ) and i feel good even have a little shape in my legs love ridding bike trails nervous on the road as was hit by a car at about 80km when about 17 bike trails in Melbourne are pretty good have ridden to work 3 times now 22km each way now to buy a bike thats over $87 and not from K-Mart
