HELLO to everyone in forum! im morten from the canary islands (tenerife), im still got CERVELO R2.5 TEAM and i practice TRIATLON from sprint distance to the ironman.

Hello morten, have you been in many Ironmans? I have never been in a triathlon, even though I have an old Centurion Dave Scott Ironman Expert (a delightful bike!).

Hi, well i dont do many ironmans, just one LANZAROTE, training for AUSTRIA AND BRAZIL but a injurys in my knees cancelled, also i do 1 word champion long distance 4-120-30 ,and 2 more times the same distance, also xterra, and all the shorts distances.- Im really liked this sports.

Yes, I would say you do like it!

Too bad about the knee, but not much that you can do except let it heal .

On the other hand, you can always read up on training advice here on Bike Forums .
