Hello From Wisconsin!

This is my first day as a "member" of this forum. I have been riding for A LOT of years, most recently (past 10 years or so) on a TREK 2100, and will start this year with a GIANT TCR C2.

I have been diabetic for 25 years and find that if I ride enough, my blood sugar stays under control. Other than that.. I retired 1 year ago, and spent one of those months in Vietnam with my oldest son. You would never complain about traffic in your town if you tried biking in Saigon!! Look up "Saigon Traffic" on Utube, and you will see what I mean!

Ol' Bob in WI.

Hi Bob, keeping your diabetes under control is a great reason for sticking with the programme, isn't it? Not to mention that it's a FUN way to do so .

Welcome to BF!
